Optima Educational Solutions, Inc. is a Chicago-based Continuing Medical Education provider. Our goal was to design a website that would allow clinicians to register for educational meetings held throughout the United States and Canada. An administrative interface was created to allow a staff of telephone operators to take registrations by both phone and fax.
